Fernando Fukunaga
Specialist with more than 30 years of experience in corporate, commercial, civil and tax law. Preparation and review of contracts and implementation of due diligence, financial and operational audits. Coordination of legal advice in the Andes region. Worked in leading companies such as Mitsubishi in Japan and Grupo Quimica Suiza in Peru. MSc. University of Lima and doctoral candidate at the Universidad Mayor de San Marcos (Lima).
