Search and reserve company name and brand:
To make starting your business easier, we’re doing a search for the name you want to use. This in order to determine whether there is any similarity or equality with a previously registered company. We also recommend protecting your brand as intellectual property.
Prepare the bylaws:
We prepare the bylaws and legalize it by the notary. In this document, we define together with you the type of company and purpose, the company capital, the name and legal direction as well as the legal representatives and their powers.
Open a bank account and deposit initial capital:
We will open the bank account on your behalf in the local currency Nuevo Soles and / or in dollars. In Peru, Banco de Crédito del Perú (BCP) and Banco Continental (BBVA) are the most important financial institutions.
Creation of the public document:
After the bylaws have been set up and the initial capital has been paid in, the public document must be legalized by the notary and also contain the signature of all participants in the company.
Registration of the company in public registers:
We register the public documents at the commercial register, which creates legal security against third parties. We then receive the tax number from the tax authority SUNAT.
Open VAT account:
We open your mandatory VAT bank account at Banco de la Nación for your company. This account is used only to collect and pay VAT taxes.
Open company books:
We open and authenticate your company books that depend on the type of company selected (e.g. general assembly book, shareholders book).
